Data Deletion Request

Samt respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we may hold and how to request its deletion, in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. 13 of 2016.

What data we may hold

If you contacted us through the website form or via WhatsApp, we may hold your name, phone number, email, organization, and the content of your messages — solely to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

How to request deletion

Send a request titled "Data Deletion Request" to info@samt.qa, or message us on WhatsApp from the same number you contacted us with, including:

• Your name.
• The phone number or email you used to contact us (so we can verify your identity).

What happens next

We verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days, then send you a confirmation once deletion is complete. We may retain the minimum the law requires us to keep (such as accounting records) for the statutory period only, after which it is deleted.
